Many of you may be familiar with the crate bug where you can't get the last item out of the crate. You get an e-mail saying the item is no longer used in the game and should be deleted, even though it's a perfectly legit item.
It happened twice to me today with a black mountain chest plate and a lightweight military pack. This has happened to me a number of times before. Each time a CSR paid me for the items. So this time I sent in a ticket with copies of the e-mails and a request for 185k.
A CSR gets back to me pretty quickly, but it slows down from there. He asks me for the location of the crates. Then for the name of the crates. Then for the name of the crates again. There are lengthy pauses between requests. Then he tells me he needs to know exactly what resources were used to create the items in order to compensate me. What? Now I could go compile a list of the segment, core, and final resources used for the chest plate but not the cloth and armor padding. And forget about the pack; it was pre CU.
So I say, " LOL, then it's not worth the hassle. It's a longstanding bug. Those prices are what I sold them for.
If you like you may close the ticket and I'll delete the crates. But you have to promise to tell the programmers that 1/1 condition armor is protecting just as well as full condition armor when it should be completely busted
."
Another very lengthy pause.
CSR says, "I will compensate your loss by credits."

That got my morning started- and my colleagues wondering what the hell I am laughing maniacally about.
