Thread: alright i need some help here, need ideas on promoting my vendors...

ive tried spamming in both theed and bestine, the closest large cities to my vendors (both are less than 1km away.) ive tried sending out emails, selling suits personally, even paying new players to run around and tell people about my armor for an hour, which i pay them a moderate comp suit or ubese, their choice.
and nothing sells...
ive placed 50 composite armor suits and 50 ubese suits on my vendors on monday, 70% kinetic ubese for 90k and 80%kin/62%base composite for 300k. ive only sold 2 of my ubese suits. this is bria, so prices are slightly inflated... but im considering dropping the prices on my comp even more. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? if anyone has any advice on how i can promote my vendors and increase my sales, id appreciate it.

How long has your shop been up? Have you registered your vendors on the planetary map?

Drop posts on your galaxy forum and on the trade forum saying what you have,thats where i got a decent peak in business. Also make updates on those posts when you do something new with your armor. Good luck to you

lethelman: yeah my shops are listed on the planetary maps. one of them has been listed on the naboo map for 3 months, the other three are relatively new.

Because most players seem to care alot about resists over anything else, you might try making some high resist comp (either with energy or just higher base). Is that comp suit low ham or is it the resources that limited your suit? I bet you can get the base resist higher for a little more ham. On our server that price for 80/62 comp suits would be a tad pricy I think.

also not too familure with the bria economy, but I'd check around and re-examine your prices to see if you are selling too high

ahazi is having some major deflation and i can barely sell 80kin/80energy/80elec/70base for 275k doubt your server is this bad but nevertheless 80/62 is lower end and 300k does seem a bit high to me
