Im here bored at work so thought id let those who want to do this.....
About a month or som back I hit 80kin w/50k condition (50.5 to be exact) and was one of my best selling armors ever

Nice thing about this is you really dont need "uber" resources.
1) This will take a lot of trial and error but it can be a lot of fun!
2) You will most likely need 12 points to do this (Every one of mine was used). If you have very good resources, you might be able to do it with 11- all the power to you if you can or give it a try!
3) The 2 most important stats here are OQ/UT - the goal is 1800 combined for both on EVERY resource. SR is not nearly as important.
4) Start with making an unlayered segment. Max the durability (only use 2-3 points at a time) then put the rest in the resists (middle).
5) Make a pair of gloves. Max the special resist right away. Note the condition. Subtract your condition from 50k- this is a rough estimate what the total of your layers need to be.
4) The layers - I made 3 kinetic layers with 14 sr (amazing) the rest in durability. The important thing here is to spend the points in dur 1-2 at a time to raise the integrety. Play around a lot until u can get the most.
5) The segments. See above.
6) The final. In order for me to hit 50k w/ 80 kinetic i had to put 2 points in resist (didnt have to be an amazing), 1 point in Encum. The final points went into sr- This required 1 amazing in order to hit 50k.
I had to play around with many resource combinations here. The UT/OQ really plays a HUGE part- every little bit really counted!

Nice write-up.
Lord knows people like the high condition on their armor when they use it just for leveling and creature tanking.
