Well, I'm no armorsmith, however, I have seen Krayt segs used in a piece of armor to give it high base + condition w/ low encumbrance. I understand the whole experimentation process and all that jazz.
Anyways, my question is as follows: If I want to make a 80% piece of armor (unsliced of course) w/ a krayt seg and still get 40k+ something condition, what base % on a krayt seg do I need?
Thx in advance for any help =]

I think somewhere along the lines of 40% Depends how good the resources of the armorsmith are.

I'm on Gorath, if that helps. 80% special, 70% base is the standard for well know 12 pointers on the server.

i will have to check, but i used 40% krayt segs and hit 75 or 76% base.

so 45% you think? I know it's hard to estimate sometimes without actual segs to test on.

I can get 71% with 35% in factory runs. So I'd say about 44 or 45% krayt segs.
