Where does it start, I know it's been answered many times before, but I cba looking through loads and loads of pages, and when the servers are down the search engine is just to slow.

This is outdated now. You won't need all these resources to complete the quest.... If I can find an old post of mine, I listed exactly what you need as I just did the quest recently, post-CU. But here you go.
