I have a prob. When i make layers. the stats on them only get

advanced primus layer

-9

somthing like that. im using some decent resources. when i then make the segments. with 4 layers the stats are about 500. i have to buy the segments to make some cores that can be used :/

And another question.

Where do i get RIS schem and mando schem?

Layer experimentation is bugged right now. You won't see an improvement in the layers until after you run them through the factory.

Ok. runned them thrue the factory now. But now their stats are only

it is low, but should improve armor if you do quad layered
