Hi there folks,

I'm a Master Doctor with minimal stats unbuffed so I tend to not wear any armor. I've been waiting paitently for them to fix PSGs from the recent random thing. So I'll ask now.. after this patch are PSGs still randomly changing protections, yes I am aware that armor is providing its protection but I'm willing to bet it will be hotfixed very quickly.

I have not tested it extensively but have only tried wearing a mabari weave belt with some AAs and have found that I get hit for the same amount of damage. This was at the village where I was being hit by every type of weapon. Plus I was dueling in between waves and only lost once out of ten times and that was to a jedi knight.

Is it possible that with a CoB macro, a PSG is really unneeded? I was able to hit more and harder since I found more unarmed AAs then I did CAs and incorporated them into my outfit. I've always just found that my PSG would be at zero when I was finished dueling or fighting pve.

Any ideas or has anyone done any testing?

PSG's only work against ranged energy attacks and they only hold for 5-6 shots at most. Also regen is bugged so you basicly have to log out for an hour for it to recharge again. So it's really hard to know how usefull they really are.
