Is just one core good for anything though? I thought that everything required multiple identical cores. Is there anything that can be made with only one armor core?

If u need 1 bracer or bicep ur in business...I have ppl that buy nothing but left biceps...does anyone know what this is about?

I might. I wear Mabari, and I used to wear bone armor biceps over it because there are no mabari biceps or bracers. I now wear tantel arm pieces in conjuction with my mabari. Those people might be doing something like that.

Master Ranger, hunting Kimogillas outside town, and found a battle armor core. I was wondering if I can just hand thi over to an armorsmith and make soemthing out of it, and it there is anything else I can get to make it better- I dont quite underrstand the layer/core/segment thing, as i have never been a crafter and really don't understand your stickies. Anyhoo, it seems to have some fairly nice stats, around 5200 even methinks, and I was hoping that if I found another I could get myself a good suit of padded. Also, would it be possible to add three kinetic layers to it to make super good for hunting?
I know you guys get a lot of these dumb questions, we soemtimes get a good amount on the ranger forums too, but I was just curius and couldnt find one of ya ingame.

All depends on the Armorsmith for how much a suit will cost ya with the Cores provided.
