Thread: 6518 Primus Layered Battle Core RIS Worthy?
Stats look good ![]()
RIS is so easy to make now. Any competent level 80 combat toon can solo all the creatures for the parts. I can get enough for one suit in a day. I was very disappointed with this ![]()
If you need extrusive ore, I am guessing you don't cap your battlecores? That would be the most important stat, methinks. Looks like you have nice primus layers though, so I'd use that crate to cap the core and then use it for RIS.
In my opinion, using anything but capped cores for RIS is sort of.. serving ketchup with oysters.. or something![]()

Considering a 6600 cap, you falling less than 100 points short of it translates to less than 1% (I think at least, did not bother plugging into the formula) resist difference from capped armor. I'd say yours was fine as is and save the kit for an emergency or improving your recon or assault if necessary![]()
Well, I don't even have all of the resources for the recon or assault cores yet, so you are probably right that I should save my last 2 30k kits for them.
As far as my stats:
Primus layers: 44 (I am positive this is the number)
Segments: around 1150 (I can't remember the exact stat)

6500+ is more than enough IMO.
Yeah don't use it unless you're stuck...and never use it to check resources when you're tired...
