Thread: Stat Caps On Armor?

I didn't see a mention of the stat caps for armor. Does anybody know what they are?
Is this the energy layer cap, or close to it? I assume it is. However, we know what happens when one assumes.
Is this the primus layer cap, or close to it? Again, I assume it is. However, again, we know what happens when one assumes.

You are correct.
They are both close to cap.
