So since Alantium ore is non exsistant are we not suppose to add Energy layers to armour?

Lat time I checked, it existed Find resource vendors on your server or hope for a spawn soon. It takes months to build up a good resource collection.

it is used by weaponsmiths. try to contact your local WS and see if you can't get some off them
