Thread: Rancor Hide Health Bonus Where to loot?

For Assault Armor...right?
Which Rancors on Dath drop the Hbonus hides?
On Enraged, Enraged Bulls, and Mutants - Only Battle Segments, Bile, Teeth so far.
Any help?
The Peko Albratrosses were easier than this...

dunno i myself have been banging my head off the wall killing rancors like crazy but no hides dropped yet think i'am cursed.

They drop off of any type, but relatively rarely. This means assault is much more of a pain to enhance than recon (medium difficulty) or battle (tons of enhancers out there).

yeah i gave up after over a hundred were dead.
I moved on to Kimos. much better drop rate.

you all are right, the drop rate for rancor hide is rare; however, it's health bonuses are for Battle armor. The ones i got are +10 for battle armor. Only ones i can think off of the top of my head that drop battle health enhancers are Rancor hide, janta hide, and krayt.

yeah. Rancor hides drop off all types of rancors just really rarely. I have killed them in the hundreds over the last 6 months and have only about 30 units of rancor hides. all plus9 by the way.

Rancor hide is assault. There may be another rancor drop that is battle, but i know the hide item is assault.
Battle loots: NS Fragments (NS layers pre CU), janta hide, krayt scales.
