You can have your friends do the quest for you, and then have them give you the schematic. :-) I still have yet to do the quest, but I got a friend to give me his.

pretty sure it can't. I did it, and tried to talk to him again, right afterwords, and he says....'I gave you your reward..blah, blah, blah....." not restarted....There coudl be a timer, maybe 24 hours or mroe, but I don't think so.

Can you make the final device into a 1000 schematic? I'd imagine you could get several hundred PSGs out of it if you did it that way.

300 somthing is the maximum for each factory run. They need three identical Generator Particles.

or have three different particle thingies at 1000 each and use one from each run. doh hehe

Unless they changed it from the PSG Mk III you will need 3 identical as in 3 from the same factory run per shield.

i'm trading full suits of comp for each set of schematics. i'm gonna get 10 or 15 to stockpile so i'll be set for months. lol

Go to the Imperial guy that resets all the quests for the planet and then you can do all of them again. A friend who got me my first schematic is now holding another data disk for me until I need it. So 2 times is the most one character can do the quest.
