Hi, Novice Armorsmith. Wondering what is the best way to move up in the profession. I am NOT a holo grinder. Im doing this because I like it. Currently, I am only 1-0-0-0. A master AS told me to get up to ubese, then it will go fast. but, the funnest thing about crafting is experimenting, right now i suck at that. should i get some tech I next? any thoughts or tips would be helpful. thanks.

I suggest you holo grind until 3004 then u can make decent ubese you can sell. After that it will be easy surfing for you on the way to become master

If you are on KAURI you can't make Ubese right now .... Because of neutronium steel !

Do Mabari body pieces until PA III, then Ubese shirts.
If you want to make armor for sale before being a master, go up in the experimentation tree first thing after reaching PA III.
Also, you should start collecting resources for the future. Really good armor requires a broad selection of materials, some of which are rare. So you can never start too early on building your resource collection.
It can take months to catch the really great ones ![]()
If you have not discovered it already, visit swgcraft.com. It is every crafter's best friend, as it is an online database of currently available resources, as well as listing needed resources for various schematics.
