I would say the Overall Quality and Malleability of the individual pieces used to complete the item.

Hey guys, i used to be a 3-4-4-4 Bounty Hunter so I'm very familiar with the carbine. I remember that it had HUGE ham costs for kd specials. I was just wondering if these were reduced or if they're going to be reduced soon.

According to what I have read in TH's the art of warfare. What has been put out by TH. And the SOE webpage. Ham costs are going to increase in this next publish. There hasn't been any talk of decreasing the cost of specials for anyone. But your specials are getting fixed. Enjoy the one way trip to suicide.
And there you have it. The reason I dropped carbineer. Gotta love the devs.

Carbineers dont listen to this guy, why would the devs increase the ham costs that are already insanely high. Plus the devs said they were going to deal with the ham costs.

Devs have said they wanna make the basic Auto-Attack the important aspect of combat.
They've said repeatedly, it shouldn't be about mashing specials -- combat is more than that.

How is waiting around watching Auto Attack any different than mashing specials, aside from saving your keyboard? Just questioning the dev reasoning, not you

Im not asking you to listen to me. Just read what has been written. That is all.
Maybe carbineers will be exempt? I don't know. But with the change in the ham system the cost of specials will go up. As per "The art of war" post by TH. I was wrong about the when (wont be this publish). But in effort to reduce the amount of spamming weapons are supposed to get a little more powerfull and specialized and the cost of specials and the way ham is spent is going to change. From what I understand cost is going up. Thus far there has been no talk on the issue of lowering ham costs for carbineers.
That being the reason for being so sarcastic.
And please. Im on vacation from carbineer. I still have my 900k carbine experience waiting to be used. No use in playing the game if your going to stay locked into one thing. Which I did with this for around five months or so.

There has been talk of lowering ham costs. Go to the bh boards and look at the bh top 5 issues and tank says that the devs agree with him that the carbine ham costs are to high.

Think about this...they could change our HAM and wouldn't even realize it's so bad. Pikeman are rough on HAM...but we...bleed ourselves dry pulling a trigger, they're at least swinging a heavy staff.

Will the HAM costs be lowered in the new patch or just the specials being fixed?
