you can do all of the things mentioned.

Doc buffs
Food
Spice
Stat migration
Better quality armor
Better quality slice on each piece

move to 50% chitin

I got a good solution for you, stat migration the quickness to as low as you can and bring up your stamina as high as you can. Drink a Breath of Heaven to put on your amor if your quickness is too low to wear armor. you should see an improvement on your healing ratewhile wearingyour armor. I do the same for Heath and Mind stats too as Breath of Heaven buffs 3 secondary HAM stats.

Hello to the Armorsmith Community. I have a suit of Ubese armor with some really nice slices to the enc. However when I wear this my action takes forever to heal. Is there something I can do to counter this? I have thought of stat migration, buffs, or I was wondering if there is something that a chef can help me with. Any help on this little dilemma would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
