Thread: Sharnaff Segments

What kind of armor are they used for?


I'm getting Sharnaff Missions out of Coronet now, and I have about 30 Segments, quite a few with the same serial numbers. Somethin like 15% Base Effect, 5% to Cold, 5% to Acid and 5% to Heat, 20ish Mind and Action Encum, and 800 Integrity. What kind of armor can I have made with em? And is it worth it? Would it be that much better than the standard version?

the segment itself should tell you what can be made with it when you examine it.

It doesn't...


Just tells me this could be made into armor by an armorsmith.

How do you get segments anyway? Do a lootall?

They are used in Chitin Armor...

Dont recall ever seeing those myself. What are the statistics on them?

They're used in Chitin. I've played around with some, but didn't like the results. Was getting 63% kinetic using adv. segments. Could only get 35% kinetic with these. They did move several resists from base to sepecial and removed heat and blast as vulns(I think it was those 2...don't remember.)
