Due mainly to the increase of Armorsmiths and the recent nerf in the Borgle bat caves Armor experimentation tapes no longer sel for the 1 mil per exp point that they used to for so long. Now if you can get a+3 for any less than 10 million , you're in luck. With the surplus of +20 armorsmiths out there, it's hard to raise that type of cash (thanks screwed up economy)

It would appear the only chance of not getting silly stupidly robbed is to hunt for them, are there any mobs known to drop these or is itjust completely random off npcs?
