Thread: Questions about Armor Attachments

A friend gave me an awesome suit of composite armor. She is no longer playing so I cannot ask her. I just bought tons of armor attachments to help my combat professions, but I'm not sure how many I can use on a single piece or armor. I experimented with my ubese suit, I had about 5 attachments on the chestplate, but only 1 on the helmet. Is there a limit on how many can be used per piece or does that depend on the armor itself?

Yes, each piece of armor is created with X number of sockets, just like clothing. You can see the number of sockets by examineing the piece.
