Assuming that's not a photoshop, it appears they renamed "restraint" to "lightsaber", and in the case of Ubese moved it from a base resist to a vunerability.
I have no problem with this, provided that we're given a schematic for a lightsaber protection layer. Cortosis ore is in the game as a named siliclastic ore, so giving us a draft schematic with that as an ingredient would be well within EU canon.

For God sakes let that go already, everyone knows Lucas has his head up his @$$ and on top of that if you where paying any attention at all during that movie you'd notice that what mace cut through was just a piece of reinforced fiber not the actuall armor which is in and off itself a testament as to why he is considered thegreatest saber duelist in all of star wars.

However, being both an MBH (Eclipse) and a Master Armorsmith (TC), I think this new dmg is a very important factor, which should lead to more content.
We all agree that a 90% lightsaber resistance would be ridiculous, but I think that a minor protection (like 30 or 40%) should be allowed.
How? Well, for example:
a)lighstsaber layers as a rare drop from high lvl npc
or
b)lightsaber protection layers shematic could be obtained with a Master Armorsmith Quest, and should require "rare" drops (rare, not impossible like the GDK scales) and specific resources (cortosis ore etc)
if you guys cheak out the tc crafted mandalore helmet youll see lightsabre damage as a vulnrability.
