I hear that the armor will all be changed ( some made better, some made worse) and I hear that Comp armor will not be so good

1) Do you guys know when this is going to happen

2) Do you guys know how badly comp armor will suffer

3) Is it worth buying now at high prices, only to have it drop later? (Assuming the drop is signifigent)
