maiby you can add extra components on it, If he learn the schematic and made a screen of it and post it somewhere we all can drool over it

if i learn the schematic can it still then be traded???
theres a remote chance i may never be were i can use it not sure yet just don't want to waste it.

nope If you learn it its in your data pad you can and its only you who can use it and make something with it. If you don't got RIS dreams you can better sell it to some one who does something with it and maiby he will post a screen of it so we can drool

This is almost as funny as exceptional heavy duty clasps and leather.
No there is no difference between exceptional schematic and regular for interwoven. Its just the randomity of the machine.

It has no effect.
People have looted exceptional GSB and geo sword core schematics and they were exactly the same as regular ones.
