Well a couple of friends of mine had an exciting night hunting nightsisters. (props to Black-Dragon and Murton). They looted 4 Exception Nightsister Layers that I thought I would share with the community and see if anyone had looted better.

Action Encumberance -5

i looted a 5% base and 15- encumbrance, those suck?

Best normal ones i've seen are 24% base -15 encum.
