I have been sorting through lots of posts, all dealing with the rumored incoming armor nerfs. Does anyone know if and how this will effect RIS? Or a thread or specific place I could look / ask for this information? Thanks.

It's not a nerf...


It's a COMBAT REBALANCE!!!


Things are going to work differently, that's all. Yes R.I.S. will be affected. No we don't know how/to what extent. The devs haven't release details as of yet. Just wait a bit for info.
