yeah, guess i missed teh Email on this or somethign but, i grinded ALL mornign for about 3 to 4 hours non stop, my weeks worth of factory crates of pannels and segments to finally reach armorcustomization 1. i go to teh trainner, and thought i clicked the correct skill i wanted to learn. i payed my dues and this and that, i go to customize some new armor and no new colors or customizations anything. i look OH< it gave me layers instead. Thinking ok no big deal, i can surender it and get the craftign xp back but prob just alittle less than i had, just like all the other times i have done it, then redeligate it to the proper skilli wanted. so i go surrender and look... i didtn get my craftign experience back. is it just me or is that totally unfair? ok if i dotn get the xp back i should least be able to get back the skill i surrendered before, but NO i have lost everything, all my resources and time, i wait all week at work soi can play onteh weekend and advance my character and thigns messup from time to time, but when this happens. i knew you didtn get combat xp back ok fine, but comeon, crafting is mind drainning as it is, now i have to do it all over again??

Not sure which game you've been crafting in, but it's *never* been possible to get xp back when surrendering skills, skills cost xp that is not retrievable. Crafting is tedious, sure, but the payout when you get to the end of the grind is well worth it.
