This has been bugging me for a while. I was thinking about making 80% blast, 69/70% base armour ready for slicing. Only thing is, I have no idea how to price it. I've seen some people on my server charge over 1mill for 90% base stuff. Seemsa tad expensive to me, so any tips are appreciated

Exactpricingall depends on your server. I usually get two or three sets of 90% base armor per run, and they sell quickly at 2.5 mil a set. My prices are in my sig (click on "Master Armorsmith") and are unlikely to go down any time soon - I have a hard enough time staying stocked with those prices.

I'm simply suggest picking percentage ranges you're comfortable with and pricing per segment used. One thing to remember with you 80% blast, 70% base armor is that most people aren't going to want to touch the encumbrance sliced stuff, since people seem to look for at least 80% kinetic in composite.

Encumberence armour doesn't sell well.

I advise you to take into account the profit you would of made selling it unsliced, the cost of slicing, the cost of the Encumberence sliced pieces no-one wants, and the extra profit you want for putting the effort in to slice it. So if you have to discard, 60% of your armour, because it is encumberence sliced, you would have to charge about 300% more than normal, spread overfrom the better armours (90%), where you may charge 600%, to the worse slice, but still good, armours (80%), where you may charge200%,to make a nice profit. Of course you can charge more than that if you want, it's entirely up to you.

You may also want to take into account how many times the customer might of had to bought the Armour to get that perfect slice in your pricing.

EDIT - Edited a few typos.
