Im sure it cannot be that hard for them to change the dependable stat to SR a day before release of the CU...
But its just like them copying all the weapons stats accross the board and armor as well.. they are just Testing the system to make sure it holds up... I think everyone(consumers and suppliers alike) are freakin out over this stuff that is still maybe a month away from live. SOE has been doing an increasingly good job fixin this game up regardless what many say.. and i think everyone should jsut stick their thumb in their mouth and wait it out before inflaming the market, scaring the crap out of consumers and givin us AS a stress headache.
THEY KNOW that we have been hoarding all these good resources forever etc..
And yes i know i dont use correct grammatization and paragraph format but plz get a life its not that important.. unless your a narrow minded high school english teacher =D
Ever consider that with one line experimentation your extra 2 points and my extra 2 points wont be worth anything anymore?
And you put too much faith in SOE, with thier track record on "fixing" stuff its quite easy to imagine the best case scenario being servers crashing every 5 min and extreme item loss reducing everyone to bankrupt and homeless paupers.
With SOE iand many others have learned expect the absolute worst, at least you wont be disappointed.

Carrion did i say a word about the experimentation system... no i didnt, but yea i dont like how its looking.. but once again... THIS STUFF IS SUBJECT TO CHange lol

rofl when they put wook armor on TC , the wook armor took like however much dantooine animal horn or something crazy, the kind you loot 1 unit at a time out of debris piles lol

To cut a long story short wookies are much like rabbits they multiply by the truck load, so they can be described as being "horny" and the devs thought it would be funny to incorperate this into the armor so one of the required resources was horn, until the wookies discovered certain aids which stopped unwanted wookie pregnancies so the devs removed "horn" as a required resource.

The devs were so out of touch with the game being played on live server they actually thought you could harvest "horn" off creatures, which of course, you cannot. Just an example of their total idiocy and obliviousness to the issues actual crafters and hunters have.

dude seriously. Come back after you graduate kindergarten. They didnt change it because of what you said. I cant believe you actually have an ego that big. They changed it because it pisssed everyone off and we all were screaming bloody murder about it.
Oh and SOE is very dumb. Otherwise the president of the company would not be so far out of touch with a major change in one of thier larger money makers going over so poorly, yet he thinks it is working as if God himself wrote the code.

In case you are new to SWG. TC is Alpha testing. The "Live" servers are the Beta. If noone complained about the SR - UT switch, this would be guaranteedto go live. There is still no reason to believe that the UT thing wont go "Live". SOE isn't a strait shooter. Test Center is used to see what they can get away with and to check for game breaking bugs.
You are right though, SOE is not dumb. They do all of this on purpose.

And you are wrong as well... TC is beta .. Alpha testing was that closed testing they did awhile back with a select few...Live is Live...if its on live its not considered in testing anymore...
