Thread: What's with all the **44?

I went on TC and viewed some armor and everything seems to have **44 protection. If I see 5944 energy protection, for example, should I assume that the 44 is a glitch and is supposed to be a %, thus 59% energy protection?

They just streamlined everything. There is no % on anything anymore.
