Is leathery hide with this stats any good OQ=923, SR=824?

Yes, I think that's quite good for high resist Ubese, or whatever you happen to be making. Supposedly, in the not too distant future, encumbrance will be a big factor, so you'll probably want to pay attention to MA as well.
