Thread: Padded belts

Sorry to ask this, but I can't find the answer in the above articles.
Padded armor belts seem to be different than mabari belts or ubese shirts,
since they have actual resistances.
But what part of the body do they protect?
Where do you have to be hit for a belt to absorb some damage?

good luck getting anything definitive w/o hours of necro post searching.
my sense (ok guess)is that it was an adjustment that was made during beta and even thoughthe belt hasresistances it actually doesn't really do anything. I thought i saw a corresponding hypothesis once speculating it as a cause of the armor hole - but that is just further speculation on my part.
btw the only sure thing you can take from my post is thatit does look more like a holster than the other belts. but you probably know that already.
I have no idea whether CA or AA goes in them today.

I can make Padded armor belts 4 sockets. I'm guessing that's all they're good for! apart from looking nice
