Thread: 80% Base Composite before slice? Is That true?

I have seen 72% before slice. Some say they have made up to 80%.. anyone seen it?

Seen it and made it many times.
80% is the unsliced cap, its usually possible with a combination of NS layers and janta/rancor hides. Can turn out extremely light too.

With the current resources on Tarq, you'd need 7% NS Layers, and 3% Janta Hides to get you to that 80% unsliced neighborhood. The other option would be 40%+ or soKrayt Segments.

It is much more cheaper to make lower base stuff and make several pieces and slice it to reach 90%...

True. Caps and the fact that special protections don't slice really hurt as when it comes to enhanced armor. That's the onearea whereI'm truly jealous of the weaponsmiths.
