I have seen several people talk about it, but have not been able to get a location I could download it from. This is the spreadsheet that can be used for RIS.

You and I might be thinking of different tools, but there is a link to downloading the AS little helper in the stickies of the AS forum on swgcraft.com

There is likely as link on these boards but I don't know where it is.
