Just finished suit of RIS for my ranger/rifleman alt... going to use with ADKd 67% energy psg
Stats:
80% kinetic
55-71% base
26 total sockets
Total Encumbrance (UNSLICED!!!):
H-211
A-141
M-127
48-50k condition
I could have reduced ham even more by using strictly RIS layers, but in the boots/helm/pants/chest i used 2 3%/-7x3 ris layers and 1 11%/-7 ns layer.... thats were additional health encumbrance came in.
Tried to use best shards for best piece... IE: 13/44/17 shards in boots/pants/arms/gloves, 41/21/17 shard in chest, 10/14/38 shard in helm.
Im toying with idea of not slicing this suit.... we'll see. at my current play rate this suit will last my alt forever... he is speed capped so most critters dont get close, perhaps i will even use to hunt unbuffed. /shrug
Suit cost me about 7-8 million to make. (got sick of trying to loot more scales)
Anybody else gonna make a suit and actually USE it? hehe

WOW. Very nice suit. Can any 12-point smith make these?
Im trying to find the RIS components to get a suit made for me on my server. I am a big fan of LOW hams and at least 80% kinetic resist. These hams are incredible. Very nice suit.

Sweet man! I fool with RIS layers in comp sometimes. Some reason peeps think peko feathers are worth somethin so they are hard to get. Hell if im gonna spend 100k per.

...Also...its nice to see another 'smith using good loot to make unusual suits. (non-RIS) Its what the proffession is all about.

Ive made comp with ris layers but as mentioned peko feathers arent easy to come by. (I bought most of mine for 25k each from ranger friends).
forgot to mention, the arms/boots/gloves on this suit have no ham at all... 0/0/0... only piece with mind encumbrance is the helm... 127 there, should be able to hunt with just garrmorl, arracagm and alittle ahrisa
you dont need to be 12 pt to make 80% kinetic ris... assuming your materials are up to it. your bas will suffer though. could probably do 80 kin 50 base ris layered with non-exceptional loot. wouldnt be as light as mine though

Excellent work! I've been sitting on a ton of components for quite some time, and I think I'll finally put together a suit. I'm not sure I have enough good shards to get as light as you did though. Once done I'm definitely planning on wearing it because I don't see the point otherwise and no way I could make back what I've put into components if I sold the pieces
