Thanks to hunting Krayts for pearls, I now have a major load of krayt segments... Should I bother about trying to drop them on an armorsmith, or should I justdelete them?

Latest batch was 21%, 16000 Integrity, 10x Same serial

Besides that, I also have an annoying sig that looks like part of the post.

Delete the base (10%) segments for sure.

Add 37% to the effectiveness on the segment to get an idea of the base effectiveness an Armorsmith with good materials could get using those segments.

Keep in mind that the armor made will have higher condition an lower HAM than normal comp.

Decide for yourself if they are worth keeping.

So for 21% segments I am looking at 58% effectiveness composite? Considering I run around with 68% baase composite right now doesnt make it sound too hot.

well 58% will slice to a nice mid 60s easily, it has 40k plus condition and is very low enc. i love krayt composite armor to wear with an RIS 3 piece unbuffed.

plus they are no hassle for a smith to use as he has 0 factory runs to manufacture the pieces. i like to keep any over 20% as a master armorsmith myself.
