I have 80% kinetic 80% energy 71% base 4% stun chestplates in stock on tempest. But server resources vary alot... congrats to stubypete.

Furia, Kavala, Xana, Tarantella (Xana's alt, before NGE), all cancelled.(3 accts total)

On shadowfire i can get:

- 40% stun; 80% kin and 66% base

- 80% kin; 22% stun; 71% base

- 80% kin; 80% eng; 7% stun and 72% base,

all with about the same ham or marginally lower. As Baccarat says very dependent on the resources you can get!

On Tempest, I just made schematics for 80% Kinetic 4% Stun, 71% Base. Condition on all pieces is over 40k (I ignored HAM experimentation on final assembly - it's a little heavy, but now that it is easy to stack at least 3 good 45 minute brandies, that doesn't really matter).
