i am Mswords/MMedic/4001 Armorsmith
Do i need creature harvesting to loto scales, or can i lootem like normal loot
same question for Peko-Peko's

You need some scout to loot. Not sure if u need scout too loot scales. Cuz it is just that.."loot".
Also you dont need Peko feathers for RIS...if thats what your goal is.

i dont think you need any scout skills to loot any ris components. it is all "loot", just like looting pearls from a krayt

No scout or ranger skills are needed to "loot" any of these components. Just use the radial menu on the MOB to loot.
