I took a long break and just started over.
Im going CH and Rifleman (So far I think) I know I will be using Recon or Battle Armor.
Im a male human species.
Im CL 16 with no master yet, just missing pistol 4 to work on Master Marksmen.
Is there armor I can wear right now or do I have to master something first.
If there is armor I can wear now...
1. Which types can I use
2. Typicaly how much
3. Know a vendor where I can find it in stock
If theres no armor I can wear at the moment what level do I have to be to wear it.

you need a novice elite box to be certified to wear armour, so in your case novice CH and novice rifleman or more. the price and availability of armour varies from server to server, so that would be a better question for your severs trade forum, hope that helps
