Hey gang,
Just starting on the road of armorsmithing. I've read many posts and most of the guides but want to double-check my understanding on quality:
1. Quality of RFP and Synth Cloth does not matter.
2. Battle core quality does matter, obviously.
3. Segment quality does or does not matter?

1. Quality of resources does not matter for reinforced fiber panels, synthetic cloth, fiberplast panels, armor padding, or PSG components.
2. Quality of resources for all cores matters. Shock resistance and overall quality are the two stats that matter.
3. Quality of resources for all segmets matters. Shock resistance and overall quality are the two stats that matter.
Rule of thumb: If you can't experiment it, quality of resources doesn't matter.
