I don't know if this is a dumb question, or if this topic has been covered before.

Has anyone done a list of armor certification requirements?

i'm relatively new to the game and as far as I have noticed, in the details info for armor, it never says what the reqs for wearing them are, so half the time i'm buying armor i can't wear.

Can anyone help me understand what i am eligible to wear as my combat level increases?
