What are these bio mech, feather, armor appernace. There opional are they worth putting in and if so were to get these. Any help would be great. Thx for time

They are health enhancers made with loot. The Bio cartridge isn't in game yet I think. And you gain the feather enhancer with the RIS quest. These are covered in detail in the stickies. Read through thulas guide to loot and health enhancers, the customer's guide to armor and the RIS guide to learn how to make the feathered appearence.
