I've heard there's a program called this that, when you put your resource stats in, tells you what stats your Armour can come to.
Does anyone have this or a similar program?

The nearest I can think of is the Virtual Armorsmith, although if there's another one out there I'd be interested in seeing it

I think you mean "Armorsmith's Little Helper".
Its just now released in v0.5
