I am only a 10 point smith, but I try my best to get amazings for all 10 points. I was wondering how these advanced comp segments stand do....
Advanced Composite Segment:
32% Base
1795 Integrity
45/45/47 H.A.M.
15% Kinetic Special
8% Electrical Special
So how are these??

Depending on the quality of your resources I'd say those are pretty good segs overall (if you don't have overly uber stuff then I'd upgrade that to "damn good job" 
). Should be able to hit about 64-66% base on the final items, with 80% kinetic resist (I'm not entirely sure if you'll hit 80% elec, but I wouldn't be surprised if you did 
).
And if I may ask a question: how did you distribute your exp points?

I put 8points into the base, and 2 points into the encumbance, for the adv. comp. segments
