Would 20% base Acklay Hide be better than 13% base Exceptional Rancor Hides for use in crafting RIS?

Given that I believe Acklay Hide is a replacement for a Padded Armour segment, I'd be going with the Rancor Hide - as the Acklay won't work in RIS .



Retired after CU, came back for NGE, leaving again...
