Once again farily new armorsmith... I made some ubese armor the other day. Usually it comes out somewhat the same. I made some gloves that have 2 sockets available on it. Any idea how in the world I repeat this feat? I have no idea how I did this in the first place. I just made a normal piece and somehow it came out like this.

Luck. Not sure if there is a set procedure on how and why you get them or if it is based on the materials you use. As you get to master you will notice it more. Anyone if any knowledge might be able to help you better.

. AFAIK there's absolutely no procedure that will guarantee a given number of sockets. I've tried using server-best resources and still found it to be infuiatingly random when the next version of the same item (using grind-quality resources) came out with 4 sockets first try
So the only real advice I can give on getting sockets is to keep trying (if you have the time/resources) until you get the result you want...
