Thread: Question about the new Factional Armor

Ok from reading other posts i have been able to gather that AS's will need to buy the factional armor schematics from factional recruiters, but here's my questions.
Do i need to buy the schematics individually (like Rebel Recon Chest armor is different from rebel recon Leg armor)?
What are the costs associated with this? will i need to get in my xwing and shoot down ties for hours upon hours just to make this stuff?
Do i get FP if people buy the armor off of me? it seems that it is really hard for Crafters without combat to get FP without selling the armor. (how they would get enough for the original schematic is also beyond me, but we'll deal with one question at a time).

I do not know. General presumption is that you will buy schematics individually. I believe that only AS can buy these schematics.

Unknown exactly at the time. The best we have is "about the same." The best way to gain faction (solo) will probably be to do space stuff. An alternative is to contact a smuggler to purchase faction points.

I don't think you will get FP reimbursement when people buy the armor. I believe the AS will buy the schematic, but the buyer will have to attune... er bio-link... the faction armor to their body. This attu... bio-linking will cost the wearer faction points. Supposedly the total faction point cost would be split between the AS and the buyer.
I just don't think alot of the information is out yet.
