While I realize all we can do is guess at this point, what do you think will result in a better Ubese conversion: high kinetic or high base?

I was about to do a run and realized I better hold off until we see something more definitive. They say the best armor now will be the best after. So it's easy to see that a higher base composite now will be a higher base composite after. But it wil be interesting to see what they do with more specialized armors.
