hi there i was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a quest for the schem or something .
im a new armoursmith and due to the cu i was able to respec my merchant skills to master armoursmith which is cool in 1 way but not actually grinding it myself i have very little idea what im doing

Marauder is Battle armorI believe and you should have the schematic.

eventually there will be marauder recon armor, but currently only battle armor is available. devs hinted they were saving the recon/assault versions of marauder armor for future content.

Wonder if this is the same with these 'avanced' versions of factional armor I've heard about from my guildmates who were screwing about on TC. Armor that while factional armor looked totally different? Never saw it myself or even heard of it till that point.

Standard schematic Marauder is classed as "battle armor". However, lately a few people have been running around in the "Assualt" versions which were present on Test Center. At first I thought is might have been loot rewards but after interviewing many of the owners they all claimed that it was bought from an armorsmith. Many of the armors were also different colors indicating that someone had access to a varying color palette found in crafting or that the loot is random color sorta like Mandolorian.
I sent emails to the armorsmiths from who the owners bought from but have yet to get a response. As of lately, many AS have been very tight lipped about alot of things.
Anyone care to shed a bit of light on this?

I've heard similar reports from friends on eclipse, someone's making assault class Marauder armor. Its not listed on the galaxy vendor search though so either the guy turned it off to keep it exclusive to friends and on location customers or he's only trade selling.
Haven't been able to get a who or how yet... but trying.

Ive been hearing rumors of some quests to get these schematics, but not been able to confirm it. Im gonna start talking to every npc out there I guess to see if we can find it. Its also possible this could be a quest from rotw?
