from the in testing publish 17 notes:

Profession: Armorsmith

Armorsmiths can now craft Wookiee armor chest plates with 3 pieces so Wookiees can wear Cybernetics with Wookiee chest plates
Increased condition on Factional armor
Lowered complexity on armor segments and cores.

very very interesting...

Don't be to supriced if you see no change on cond for faction and no less factory times, because both these things was made a lot earlier but it seems it didn't hit the patchnotes until now. Same with a lot of other things in this publish like the bazaar changes and the personal light.
