I am thinking of creating a new character on a new account and making him a armorsmith. What is the best species for a armorsmith ?

Doesn't matter. No species gets any sort of bonus toarmor crafting. The only exception is if you plan on making bone armor, in which case humans get an extra experimentation point due to the +10 artisanexperimentation they have.

Most of the great armorsmiths I know are human, and so am I, but we dont have any special bonuses.

Remeber, to err is human... Nobody ever said "to err is zabrak"!

Wait you just said it! You have doomed the poor Zabrak to the same fate as humans.

You should consider how many pieces of clothing the species can wear. It will amke a big difference when you put a suit together.

Definetly Twe'lek. Humans are so...normal, and zabraks have pointy things in their face.

Besides, if armorsmith doesnt work out, you can always become a stripper cantina dancer.

Either a Male Human or Zabrak. That way you can wear tusken drops that have Armor Exp/Assembly (I have a Tusken robe as part of my experimentation suit)

Do not do Trandoshan as they get 2 pieces less of clothing with which to add skill mods too, it really bites the big one when trying to get you 12 exp points.

Mon Cals are the coolest looking chars in the game with great facial expression. BTW they can wear a tuskon rope, just not the helmet.
