I thought that this was corrected, that the Devs said nothing could be resistant to LS damage.....if so, what is? Which specific PSG? Aren't there certain makes/models?

Currently PSG's have LS resist for the first few minutes they are created and also when they are pulled out of a crate. I beleive it works until you hit a server boundry. SOOO, order a crate of PSG's, and pull one out when u need the LS resist.

I tried testing this and even when the PSG still said it had LS resistance it didn't protect against it. This was a lil while ago right when LS resistance came out and haven't tested it recently.

I tried it and it seems to work when it does show as having LS resist (straight after you pull it out of the crate). In the combat logs, it showed that it was reducing damage from the lightsaber. I'm guessing that if it doesn't show up as having LS resist, then it will not protect against LS damage.

Don't forget by having a LS resist on your psg's and using one against a jedi, lightsaber will do 25% more dmg to you due to AP. End result should still be lower damage from lightsabers, but it's something to keep in mind.

lol SWG AP system is so broken! Example, I wear 5% LS Resist PSG and get hit by one, the LS will do 25% more damage, so if they did 100 damage before, they are doing 119 points WITH the PSG LS resist....this is lame.
